Shipping policy
By placing an order through Unicorn Fashion, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement for mutual protection and to set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability, we endeavour to maintain an accurate inventory, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fill all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or whether you would prefer to receive a voucher.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering according to the weight, dimensions and, above all, the destination of the items in your order. Payment of shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of your order for shipping costs.

Shipping conditions
In general, orders shipped abroad may be in transit for 4 days. However, in exceptional cases, this period may be longer (up to twenty days). It varies according to the type of delivery chosen and the supplier of the items in your order.
4-1. Shipping times
Orders are generally processed within 2 working days of payment. We allow 24 hours for delivery address changes.
Our teams contact the points of sale from Monday to Friday during working hours, except on public holidays when delivery will not be activated at the points of sale.
When you place an order with Unicorn Fashion, the maximum shipping time is 5 working days. Orders are often dispatched within 5 working days. However, delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks during this busy period.
It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Delivery is the transportation of goods to the destination address. Shipping, on the other hand, is the action of sending the items in an order.
This is why delivery times can exceptionally reach 5 weeks (2 working days for order processing, 5 working days for shipping and 4 weeks for delivery).
These are exceptional total lead times, but Unicorn Fashion would like to make this clear to avoid any inconvenience. However, once the 5-week delivery period has passed, we want you to be satisfied.
To this end, we will offer you solutions such as returning your order at our expense, or creating a voucher worth more than the amount of your original order. This almost never happens, but Unicorn Fashion is a victim of its own success, and we prefer to anticipate these situations and inform you of our customer service policy.
Therefore, if you received your order confirmation e-mail 5 weeks ago or more, please reply to your order confirmation e-mail or e-mail us at contact@unicorn-fashion.com
To ensure that your e-mail is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you include the following information in your e-mail:
- your order number
- The e-mail address used to place your order
- your last name
- Your first name
- Content of your order (even approximate)
- Date of your order
If you send us an e-mail to contact@unicorn-fashion.com, we also recommend that you include “Delivery time - Your order number” in the subject line.
Example: “Delivery time - 175 398”: “Delivery time - 124 628”.
Unicorn Fashion's dedicated customer service team will reply by email within 24 working hours to deal with your situation.
4.2 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we are able to modify the address at any time before the order is dispatched.
4.3 Shipment by P.O. Box
Unicorn Fashion only ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these addresses at this time.
4.4 Shipping to military addresses
We are able to ship to military addresses via the USPS. However, we are unable to offer this service via courier services.
4.5 Out-of-stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer to receive a voucher. This voucher will be worth more than your original order.
4.8 Exceeding delivery time
If the delivery time is exceeded, please contact us at contact@unicorn-fashion.com so that we can deal with your request.
Tracking notifications
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the transport service provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you discover that a parcel has been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service department. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact Unicorn Fashion customer service at contact@unicorn-fashion.com.
7. Duties and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the merchandise as indicated on Unicorn Fashion when you place your order.
7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Unicorn Fashion encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Unicorn Fashion at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order on Unicorn Fashion, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy available at the bottom of the page.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. A loss is confirmed if the postal service verifies it. A delivery confirmed by postal services will be considered valid. Unfortunately, Unicorn Fashion has experienced too many cases of dishonest customers claiming they did not receive their delivery, so we base our decision on the confirmation from the postal service rather than solely on the customer's word. However, Unicorn Fashion will do everything possible to satisfy you by resending the items in your order at no cost or offering you a gift card with a value greater than your initial order.
9.1 Procedure for damaged packages during transit
We will proceed with a refund or replacement according to the Return and Refund Policy, which can be found via the link at the bottom of the page.
9.2 Procedure for lost packages in transit
In the case where the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Unicorn Fashion will do everything possible to satisfy you by resending the items in your order at no cost or offering you a gift card with a value greater than your initial order.
