WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our team needs a maximum of 10 to 15 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free of charge). We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge.

MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

A problem with the post office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?

Thanks to our secure delivery service, Unicorn Fashion will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't pass the buck to the carrier or leave you to fend for yourself. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Cancellation & Return

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It's perfectly possible to cancel your order! However, if your order is already being processed, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM

We only accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) to contact@unicorn-fashion.com, together with your order number. In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

MY GARMENT IS TOO SMALL

All our textiles come with a size guide to help our customers avoid this inconvenience. Our team has taken care to measure each item and to add the corresponding comment in each description. As a result, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the products that are too small/large. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can be very frustrating.

No. With a few exceptions, we accept only one discount code per order.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN IMPORT TAX

Unicorn Fashion ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for import taxes in his or her country, and we decline all responsibility.
